WHO AM I?

Here's what I've figured out about myself so far...

Writing about myself in dating profiles has always been something that I’ve found to be extremely challenging.  Describing yourself in 500 words is such a daunting concept.  There is no worse form of torture in the world.  Then I was told I needed to write a bio page for this website.  I suddenly miss my 500-word restraint.

Who am I?  I’m a bartender from the big city.  I moved to New York City in 2015 at thirty-four years old and found my true self.  Growing up in suburbia forced me to conform to a personality that I thought would allow me to be accepted.  Rarely being true to myself, I was more miserable than I had even realized.  Coming to a new city where people are less wrapped up in everyone else helped me pull my true self out of my shell.  “Nicky” was an amazing confident version of myself that I have always suppressed.  Every day that passes in my life I become a little more “Nicky” and I truly couldn’t be happier.

*Nicky entered the chat*

I’m a self-proclaimed “half assed cam whore” that still cringes at the use of the word “whore” because “Bing” and society say it's a derogatory term.  I’m here to tell you it’s not.  I want to show the world that not all “whores” or sex workers fall into the stereotypes that we all have been trained to believe.  Becoming a cam model changed my life in the most positive ways.  I can’t wait to share stories with you and introduce you to some amazing people along the way.  Sex work is real work and sex workers are real people.

Super important postscript:

If you know me irl,  you need to be aware of the risks that come with exposing that information.  If you want to say “hi” and identify yourself a private DM or email is fantastic. In fact, I encourage you to do so.   If you publicly post anything tying use to my legal name or job, you risk my safety.  The sad truth is that until this industry is more accepted, we have to protect ourselves first and foremost.
